I’ve been thinking about doing a cleanse and had been having a hard time deciding which method I want to go with. There are so many choices out there that it can be confusing. Of course, everyone thinks their system is the “One True Way.”

The two most popular ways to cleanse appear to be either following some kind of fast or to use a colon cleanse kit. With fasting the biggies are juice and water only fasting.
