Did you ever have a job that you thought you loved? I must have had the perfect job! Not. I was a one woman office and it was great. I worked a salary wage and of course I had to commute back and forth to work, leaving my grandchildren that I’m raising in one town while working in another. I also thought my title said it all.. “Assistant Area Supervisor”. The title itself sounded so impressive to me. Well I thought about that title and got to thinking. Area, meaning in my job that I was also suppose to travel to some of our other offices. I was the only supervisor around and it never happened. Impressive, HUH? So in Reality I was a nobody with a going nowhere job.

And my boss, well he was impressive also. My boss would go out of his way to take his anger out on me. Now there is no one to yell and curse at me. He was so rude that he would even hit my desk with his fist.

I finally stood up to him one day. That’s when I realized my job was soon coming to an end. I was fired four months later. I got layed off from that job after 7 years of hard work. I felt helpless and totally alone with no one to depend on except myself.

My life changed after I received a post card in the mail. I felt like I needed to call. Needless to say Ameriplan found me. I also found a new best friend as a bonus.

I no longer have a rude boss. Because now I am my own boss. I love my business ( Ameri Plan USA ) and I can honestly say that and mean it. I now spend a lot of time with my grandchildren. I can’t believe the time I lost with them when I was working for someone else. Now I can go where I want, when I want without asking the Boss. Now we just go when we want. I love working from home and I think everyone should at least give us a try. Once they do they will get hooked and they won’t want to go back to punching a time clock. By the way, I don’t own a time clock.

We have been training with a Lady Trainers To Go Plano personal trainer and just completed our 36 sessions.  My husband and I were very impressed that each workout session was handled so professionally. Our personal trainer in Plano was always prompt, energetic, skilled and knowledgeable. 

She was also creative with our workouts. Instead of the ordinary, yet effective ways of getting in shape, she kept it full of variety. Dog Tear Stain on your canine is not only unsightly and often smelly - if you have never seen it before it can be quite alarming.

I know for me when I saw my little maltese puppy start getting these red stains down her face from the inside corner of her eyes to her chin, it freaked me out a bit. I was thinking how do I go about cleaning tear stains on dogs?

I was worried that she might have allergies or a bad infection or something worse.

I took her in to my vet and found out that dog tear stain on certain breeds of canines and felines is actually very common and nothing to get freaked out about.

It turns out that because certain breeds have excessive tearing in the eye region this leads to a wet area on the face that breeds bacteria and causes dog tear stain. Thus you will often smell a foul odor from the stained area and you will see the area where clear tears are draining become reddish and turn your pet’s fur and hair a rusty dirty color.

Some dog breeds that tend to have a predisposition to excessive tear duct wetness which leads them to get eye stain or dog tear stain are: maltese, cockapoo, poodle, bulldog, american eskimo, bichon frise, chihuahua, shih tzu, terrier, westie, lhasa apso, coton de tulear, havanese - just to name a few.

There are quite a few things that you can do to lessen the tear staining and my vet gave me some good advice about how to remove the dog tear stain entirely.

There is much information on vegetable oil how it is made, what it is use for from the time it is process to the time it is considered a waste product. Usually at this point it becomes a waste product is when it leaves the fryer. But is that the end of its serviceable life some say no there is an increasing interest to use this waste oil as fuel, biodiesel and biofuel.

How is waste vegetable oil or WVO made into fuel? First all this needs to be done at room temperature 70 degrees F you need sodium hydroxide lye methanol Heet and vegetable oil. You add these three ingredients together in the correct quantities and mix them until they are completely blended. At this point you let the mixture settle it will separate into layers the bottom layer will be glycerin and the top layer will be Biodiesel.

The process above was with clean oil but what about the oils and grease from fryers grills. What you should you do when you have old oil that isnt very clean. Well at the start of the process you need to filter the oil there are many ways to do this Bag filters are the easiest, cheapest and slowest processing tool that you have other than strait settling to process WVO .  Oil will run through a 100 micron filter bag at 2-5 gallons per minute however, if the oil is dirty or just creamy the flow rate will deteriorate rapidly. Pre-heating the oil helps as does larger/longer filter bags.Good advice is to only use filter bags after settling.Cartridge WVO filters tee strainers ECT should be used only with heated oil or heating of the filter.Waxy particals in cool oil quickly clog cartridge filters and no amount of pressure will resolve this issue.  Reserve cartridge filters for final polishing/filtering at transfer into the vehicle or very low volume/emergency use.Any mechanical cartridge filter will require an amount of pressure to work finding an appropriate pump plumbing and pressure relief system can be difficult and large spills are possible.

Another way is to use what I call “Forced Settling” WVO centrifuges can clean WVO to sub micron levels as well as removing heavier liquid contaminants such as water.If you are looking at having to deal with hundreds of gallons or more a centrifuge is your only solution.

You probably don’t stop to think about it but all fuels have a shelf life that depends on their chemical composition and storage conditions. he chemical stability of biodiesel depends on the oil from which it was derived from. Biodiesel from oils that naturally contain the antioxidant tocopherol or vitamin E (e.g., rapeseed oil) remain usable longer than biodiesel from other types of vegetable oils. Stability is noticeably diminished after 10 days and the fuel may be unusable after 2 months. Temperature also affects fuel stability.

Hunting in Colorado is usually a fall activity however there are places in Colorado where the hunting is truly amazing.  There are hunting ranches that allow you to rent the cabins and hunt the private property.  Outfitters are also in abundance but charge quite a fee.

The fishing is also incredible for avid fisherman.  You can expect to catch a variety of Rainbow, Brook, and Brown trout in the streams of the Rocky Mountains.

Shopping in Colorado is not too much different than anywhere else except when it comes the mountain real estate.  Great real estate investments in Colorado are available these days.  The prices have adjusted to a point where it makes great sense to get property that has a world class location.
