Checking the air conditioning system if there is one;
Working to a regular schedule of repainting the classrooms and common rooms;
Maintaining the swimming pool; Checking and reporting on the condition of the floors and locks at regular intervals.
Get this type of maintenance and your school will be kept in better condition than before, and probably at less cost.
